What model is Assist built on?
Assist is built on numerous top LLM’s. You can choose which models you want to work with from OpenAI to Anthropic, but best is to let Assist auto switch to the best model for the job in hand.
Is this software or consultancy?
It's both.
Assist is our proprietary AI layer—an advanced AI system that brings the power of artificial intelligence to you and your teams.
However, we don't just leave you to figure it out on your own. As an agency, we can set many of the parameters, build agents, establish workflows, and, of course, deliver all our normal agency services. Assist acts as our connective power-up.
What about security?
Assist is built for client agency collaboration without turning your data into training fuel: client/workspace data is tenant-isolated, encrypted in transit and at rest, with access controlled via SSO (SAML/OIDC), role-based permissions, and granular sharing rules.
Usage is auditable (who did what, when), with retention and export controls, and model access is policy-routed so sensitive work can be constrained to approved providers.
Why not just use chatGPT?
chatGPT is epic. We use it too. But when it comes to running contextual workspace, building agents, repeatable templates, integrations and permissions... Assist is what you need.
